I am having trouble figuring out how to upload the listing and photo.
95% Of our test market can handle the process successfully but if you have difficulty ask for help from someone in your family or at work who is more familiar with computers. Even kids can help you follow this simple process.
I am getting an error when I try to upload the photo
You must be using the wrong digital format. Photos need to be jpg like when they come out of your digital camera, or gif or bmp. If you scan make sure you save it in RGB colour "mode" , and jpg or gif "format". If you can't do this get a local print shop to do it for you.
Your whole submit system doesn't seem to be working for me
Our database does not support every Browser on the market. We strongly recommend you use a common recently released Internet Browser like Firefox, Safari, Netscape or Microsoft Internet Explorer for example.
Why can't I just list my home until it is sold?
We cannot RELY on sellers to delete their listings when they are Sold, Taken off the Market, or Listed with a Realtor. - So we delete automatically after 30 days. You can always just Renew for another 30 days. this also helps to ensure that listings are current.

How old are the listings on this site?
Listings last for 30 days then are automatically deleted. If the house has not been sold, the Seller can Resubmit the listings for another 30 day period and so on until it is sold. So that way, listings that sell will drop off pretty quickly from the database ensuring that listings are pretty current.
What if the house I am interested in is already Sold - Do I get my money back?
We have no control over the Vendors who offer their home for sale. They can legally accept an offer at any time or even change their mind about selling. This is no different than when you buy a Car Magazine : you have access to all the listings in the book for the money you pay, but you know in advance that many of the cars may already be sold. You can't Return the magazine to the store for a refund. By the same logic WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS or Cancellations to subscriptions.
Why doesn't my subscription last until I buy a home?
Unlike a magazine, this is a computer program which Requires an "end date" to every file. We physically cannot leave it open-ended as is the case when you try to make it last "until you buy a home". The Password and Username that you are provided when you Subscribed will work for a number of days that we decide is fair market value - the average time it takes to find a home in a good market. At the end of this period if you have not found a home you must Subscribe again. It's like buying a Car Magazine every week until you find the car you want to buy.
I bought a subscription recently but I don't know how to get the listings with contact info?
You need to LOGIN with the Username & Password that you provided when you bought your subscription.Then Search as usual - except now MAGICALLY there is Contact Information Included on the Listing Details pages. It is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to keep a record of this info. We can help you remember your Password but you still need to know your Username (the email you provided). Due to the inexpensive nature of this site we DO NOT keep extensive records so if you totally forget your LOGIN information WE CANNOT HELP YOU. Due to the inexpensive nature of this service there are absolutely no Refunds or Cancellations. We very much regret that you would have to subscribe again. If you lost your Car Magazine you would have to go and buy another one... right? Same thing here.
